Draft placeholder — replace with a policy reviewed by counsel before launch. It should cover, at minimum, what the OIM Brief form collects, how long it is retained, whether it is shared with any email-delivery vendor, and how a reader can request deletion.

What OIM collects

The OIM Brief form collects an email address and, optionally, a first name, only after explicit opt-in consent. Standard web-server logs may record IP address and browser information for security and performance purposes.

What OIM does not do

OIM does not sell reader data. OIM does not use dark patterns, forced account creation, or exit-intent pop-ups to collect an email address.

Your choices

Every OIM Brief email includes an unsubscribe link. To request deletion of your data outside of that flow, contact OIM through the channel published at launch.
